MG offers Rs 0.2 m discount on HS Essence Model

ISLAMABAD: In a strategic move aimed at attracting buyers in the midst of economic turbulence, MG has unveiled a special discount offer tailored for HS Essence SUV enthusiasts.

According to the announcement, MG is extending a generous rebate of Rs. 200,000 for customers registering a brand-new HS Essence SUV.

This offer comes with a caveat, as it is exclusively available for a limited stock and duration. Furthermore, MG promises “additional benefits” to customers who take advantage of this enticing offer.

On September 1st, MG adjusted the price of the HS Essence, raising it from Rs. 8,699,000 to Rs. 8,999,000 in response to fluctuations in the dollar exchange rate. The company has also recently divulged plans to introduce two new HS SUV variants, namely the Excite and 2.0 AWD, as part of its strategy to fortify its market presence and contend with rival competitors.

In line with its expansion blueprint, MG has set its sights on the sedan segm segment, currently commanding a substantial 45 percent market share. Asif Ahmed, General Manager of the Marketing Division, expressed optimism regarding the potential of the sedan market and hinted at the forthcoming MG GTas a possible debut offering.

While specific details about the launch of these new variants, their features, and pricing remain undisclosed, their introduction amidst the prevailing economic conditions presents a bold and intriguing prospect.
