Minister rubbishes news about abolition of 5,000 rupee note

ISLAMABAD: Social media platforms have been inundated with fake a notification concerning the abolition of the 5,000 rupee note.
However, Caretaker Information Minister Murtaza Solangi has termed the notification fake and misleading.
He also called for strict action against those spreading fake news.
This is fake. The Govt of Pakistan shall act against the people spreading this kind of fake news to create chaos.

The notification, which have caused confusion among the public, was discovered to be deceptive and aimed at spreading misinformation.
Solangi has condemned the perpetrators behind such misleading messages.
Solangi has urged authorities to take robust measures against those who are disseminating such fake notifications.
He said that the spreading of false information regarding financial matters can have serious repercussions and disrupt economic stability.
