ISLAMABAD: Caretaker Minister for Information and Broadcasting Murtaza Solangi on Monday urged transporters to lower their freight and fares in response to the recent reduction in fuel prices by the caretaker government.
He said that, just as the transport sector had raised freight and fares when petrol prices went up, they should now decrease their rates to provide relief to the people.
Solangi added that provincial and district administrations should play their role in this regard.
