NA Deputy Speaker, lawmakers call on President Zardari

WEB DESK: Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly Syed Ghulam Mustafa Shah and a delegation of elected representatives called on President Asif Ali Zardari in Nawabshah on Saturday on the occasion of Eid-ul-Azha.

The delegation met the President at his residence in the district, where they exchanged Eid greetings and held detailed discussions on the prevailing political situation as well as other matters of national importance.

President urges focus on public welfare

President Zardari directed the elected representatives to remain accessible to the public, promptly address their grievances, and accelerate the pace of welfare initiatives and development projects across their constituencies.

He emphasised the importance of effective governance and public service delivery during the meeting.
