NAB vacancies to be filled: Nominated names sent to PM

ISLAMABAD: Decision has been made to fill all vacancies within the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and names in this regard have been shortlisted.

Ehtesham Qadir has been nominated for the position of Prosecutor General of NAB, while Sohail Abdul Nasir has been nominated for the role of Deputy Chairman of NAB, according to sources.

These nominations have been forwarded to the Prime Minister’s Office by Chairman of NAB, Lieutenant General Retired Nazir Ahmed, for their appointment to these significant positions.

Deputy Chairman NAB resigns

Upon receiving approval from the Prime Minister, notifications regarding the appointments of the Prosecutor General and Deputy Chairman of NAB will be issued.

It is noteworthy that the previous Prosecutor General and Deputy Chairman of NAB had resigned from their respective positions.
