Nawaz Sharif likely to depart for London next month

LAHORE: PML-N President Nawaz Sharif is expected to leave for London on October 3rd for a medical check-up, according to sources.

The former Prime Minister is likely to stay in London for two months, according to insiders from Raiwind.

It has been confirmed that Dr. Adnan, Sharif’s personal physician, will accompany him on this trip.

Additionally, his personal secretary, Abid Jan, will also be traveling with the PML-N leader, sources added.

During his stay in London, Nawaz Sharif is expected to meet his sons.

The visit, primarily focused on routine medical evaluations, is the first significant overseas trip for the PML-N leader since his return to Pakistan last year, following a four-year self-imposed exile in the UK.

Rumours of Nawaz Sharif’s potential medical trip have been swirling since August, when reports hinted at his impending departure. However, the PML-N leadership has consistently remained silent, neither confirming nor denying these reports.
