Florida authorities have released a new mug shot of golf legend Tiger Woods following a suspected DUI rollover accident near his home on Jupiter Island on Friday.

According to the Martin County Sheriff’s Office, Woods, 50, was arrested and charged with DUI resulting in property damage, as well as refusal to submit to a lawful test. The crash occurred shortly before 2 p.m. when Woods’ Land Rover allegedly clipped the back of a pickup truck before rolling onto its side. Witnesses reportedly saw Woods crawling out of the passenger door, and Sheriff John Budensiek noted that he displayed “signs of impairment.” Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident.

This marks Woods’ second DUI arrest in Florida. A previous booking photo was taken in 2017, after Woods was found asleep behind the wheel of a damaged car in Palm Beach County. At the time, he admitted to taking a combination of painkillers and later pleaded guilty to reckless driving.

Woods also suffered a serious rollover accident in February 2021 in the Palos Verdes area of Los Angeles, sustaining multiple broken bones. Authorities determined that crash was caused by excessive speed.

The new mug shot comes amid ongoing public interest in Woods’ health and personal life, as fans recall both his legendary golf career and the challenges he has faced recovering from multiple injuries. Authorities have not yet disclosed further details about potential court dates or additional legal proceedings.
