No decision on dissolution of NA yet: Marriyum Aurangzeb

ISLAMABAD: Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Marriyum Aurangzeb on Tuesday said that the National Assembly’s dissolution date has not been decided yet.

In her tweet, the information minister said that the date of dissolution of assemblies would be decided in consultation with the The Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) and allied parties.

Earlier today, it was reported by various news media outlets that Pakistan’s ruling coalition will dissolve parliament and hand over the reins to a caretaker government next month four days before it is constitutionally required to do so, in preparation for a general election by November.
