DUBAI: Authorities in Dubai on Saturday confirmed that no injuries occurred after debris struck the exterior of an office building operated by Oracle Corporation in Dubai Internet City following an aerial interception incident.

Officials said the falling fragments caused minor impact to the building’s facade but did not result in any casualties.

The development comes amid heightened regional tensions, after Iran’s elite Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps reportedly included Oracle among a group of 18 American firms it has threatened to target in response to recent attacks on the country.
