Pakistan gets 160 electric buses

ISLAMABAD: The delivery ceremony for 160 Suzhou Higer high-end pure electric buses, destined for Pakistan, took place in Suzhou Industrial Park, China.

The order, valued at over RMB 150 million, marks a significant milestone as Pakistan receives a substantial quantity of pure electric buses for the first time.

On the eve of the ceremony, the Pakistani authorities conducted rigorous tests on the newly acquired buses.

The newly exported pure electric buses offer key benefits such as zero emissions, low operating costs, and minimal noise pollution. These advantages are expected to significantly enhance the efficiency of public transportation and improve residents’ travel experience.

Additionally, with a cruising range surpassing 250 kilometers, these buses feature advanced cathodic electrophoresis technology for corrosion resistance, ensuring a lasting anti-corrosion period of over ten years.
