Perfect Pitch: Pakistan’s first startup reality show gives young entrepreneurs the spotlight

WEB DESK: Pakistan’s boldest young entrepreneurs now have a chance to showcase their ideas to the nation with Perfect Pitch, the country’s first startup reality TV show. Launched under the Prime Minister’s Youth Programme with support from the Higher Education Commission (HEC), the show aims to turn innovative ideas into success stories by bringing them straight into the living rooms of millions.

Airing on HUM TV, “Perfect Pitch” allows early growth-stage startups and founders with scalable solutions to pitch their ideas live on national television. Participants not only compete for substantial prize money but also gain mentorship, exposure, and access to investors, accelerators, and policy influencers who can help scale their ventures beyond the screen.

The official launch events at NIC Karachi and awareness sessions at NIC Islamabad guided aspiring founders on how to prepare for the spotlight, emphasising the show’s focus on problem-solving, measurable impact, and creativity.

The program encourages young innovators from all sectors—be it fintech, ed-tech, or climate solutions—to seize this opportunity. Registrations were open via https://pmyp.gov.pk/ or the Digital Youth Hub App, while the extended deadline was of July 20, 2025.

More than a show, “Perfect Pitch” is a movement: celebrating youth-led innovation, amplifying entrepreneurial stories, and transforming ideas into inspirations. Innovation meets ambition, Pakistan’s future founders are ready to take the stage.
