Petrol price reduced by 43 paisas, diesel up Rs3.47

The federal government late Thursday reduced the price of petrol by 43 paisas per litre while increasing the price of high-speed diesel (HSD) by Rs3.47 per litre.

The price of petrol has been fixed at Rs390.79 per litre, down from Rs391.22, while HSD will now cost Rs424.92 per litre, up from Rs421.45.

The revised prices will remain in effect for the next one day, according to a notification issued by the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA).
