PM Shehbaz condemns attacks on Kuwait, conveys Eid-ul-Fitr greetings to the country

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has condemned the recent attacks on Kuwait, expressing solidarity with the Kuwaiti people during a phone conversation with Sheikh Sabah Al Khaled Al Sabah.

During the call held on Wednesday, PM Shehbaz conveyed warm Eid-ul-Fitr greetings to the Crown Prince, extending best wishes to the Sheikh as well as the people of Kuwait.

Shehbaz has also strongly condemned the recent attacks in Kuwait, saying that Pakistan offers heartfelt condolences over the loss of lives. During the conversation, he reaffirmed the Pakistan’s unwavering solidarity with the Kuwaiti leadership and citizens.

Both the leaders discussed the importance of dialogue, unity, and collective efforts to maintain peace and stability in the region.

The pm reiterated his invitation to the Crown Prince to undertake an official visit to Pakistan, while also accepting an invitation from the Kuwaiti leadership to visit Kuwait on mutually convenient dates.
