PM Shehbaz condemns Wana Cadet College attack, salutes security forces

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Sunday evening strongly condemned the terrorist attack on Wana Cadet College and praised the swift response that the Pakistan armed forces ensured.

According to the Prime Minister’s Office, the premier appreciated the armed forces for eliminating two attackers, saying the coward enemies once again failed in their attempt to target an educational institution–Wana Cadet College.

The premier added that the unwavering resolve of the armed forces would foil all evil designs of terrorists. “They stand like a steel wall, protecting the nation,” he said, noting that the entire country salutes their bravery.

Shehbaz Sharif also reaffirmed that his government is committed to eliminating all forms of terrorism from Pakistan.
