PM Shehbaz Sharif commends armed forces for successful anti-terror Ops in KP

WEB DESK: Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif has lauded Pakistan’s armed forces for the precision and efficiency of two recent counter-terrorism operations in Tank and Lakki Marwat districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

In these operations, security forces successfully neutralised nine Fitnat-ul-Khawarij terrorists, the Prime Minister noted, stressing the significance of such actions in maintaining national security and public safety.

“Successes like these reinforce the Islamic Republic of Pakistan’s commitment to establishing law and order and protecting citizens from all threats,” the Prime Minister said. He expressed pride in the professionalism and dedication of the armed forces, stressing that the entire nation stands firmly behind them in the fight against terrorism.

PM Shehbaz Sharif reaffirmed the government’s resolve, stating that Pakistan remains united in its determination to eliminate all forms of terrorism targeting the people, territory, and sovereignty of the country.

“These operations demonstrate our unwavering commitment to ensuring the safety of our citizens and the stability of our nation,” he added, praising the armed forces for their swift and effective response.

The Prime Minister’s remarks come amid ongoing efforts by Pakistan’s military and law enforcement agencies to secure the country’s borders and neutralise threats from extremist groups operating in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and other regions.
