Police recovers minor girl abducted from Data Darbar

LAHORE: Within a span of 12 hours, the Lahore Police successfully rescued a young girl who had been abducted from Data Darbar. The incident occurred when a family from Islamabad was visiting the area, and during their visit, a woman seized five-year-old Fizza.

Upon the father of the abducted girl filing an FIR with the Data Darbar police station, Investigation Incharge Muhammad Siddique initiated the search. It was discovered that the kidnapper had taken the child to Gujranwala. Utilizing CCTV footage and intelligence networks, the police swiftly tracked down the perpetrator.

As law enforcement closed in, the kidnapper abandoned the girl and fled the scene. The child was safely recovered and reunited with her family, who expressed gratitude for the police’s swift action.

The Superintendent of the Police Investigation Cell stated that dedicated teams had been formed to apprehend the kidnapper, ensuring she would soon be in police custody.
