Prices of solar batteries decline significantly

ISLAMABAD: Prices of solar batteries have declined by 20 per cent due to the winter season, making it an optimal time for those seeking to install solar panels.

Earlier the prices of solar panels had also dropped significantly with the cost per watt now reaching a record low of Rs28.

According to reports, the new lithium battery prices now can be obtained for Rs 380,000 a substantial decrease from its earlier price of Rs 400,000.

Similarly, the price of tubular batteries has fallen by Rs15,000, bringing it down to Rs55,000 from Rs70,000.

Due to the inflated electricity bills, many people have started opting for installing solar panels in their homes.
