The stage is set, the energy is rising, and the HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) Season 11 is ready to ignite as a wave of international stars arrives in Pakistan ahead of the tournament’s opening clash.

Lahore has become the hub of activity, with foreign players and support staff landing in the city to kick off preparations. Multan Sultans were among the first to assemble, welcoming head coach Tim Paine along with overseas recruits including Brandon Wilson and Mike Smith.

The excitement surged further with the arrival of global names such as Steve Smith, Tabraiz Shamsi, Peter Siddle, Josh Philippe, and Lachlan Shaw, adding star power and intensity to the competition. New Zealand duo Devon Conway and Mark Chapman also touched down, sending a spirited message to fans: “We have come, Sheroes.”

This year’s PSL comes with a unique format. Due to security considerations and rising logistical costs, all matches will be staged exclusively in Lahore and Karachi, with games being played behind closed doors. Despite the absence of spectators, the tournament promises high-octane cricket and fierce rivalries.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has confirmed that PSL 11 will run from March 26 to May 3, featuring a packed schedule of 44 matches in just 39 days. Lahore will host the grand final, while Karachi will stage key knockout fixtures, including the qualifiers.

The tournament opener will see Lahore Qalandars face off against Hyderabad Kingsmen, setting the tone for what promises to be a fast-paced and fiercely competitive season.

With international stars in town and teams locking in their final preparations, PSL 11 is primed to deliver a thrilling cricket spectacle, one that fans across the country and around the world won’t want to miss.
