PSL 11 in Lahore: how will the traffic be managed?

Lahore traffic authorities have finalised arrangements for the opening match of PSL 11, assuring residents that no major roads will be closed during the event.

According to Athar Waheed, around 900 traffic officers will be on duty to ensure smooth traffic flow. Key roads including Mall Road, Jail Road, and Canal Road will remain open, though minor temporary delays may occur during match hours.

The opening match will take place at Gaddafi Stadium, featuring defending champions Lahore Qalandars against the newly added Hyderabad Kingsmen. In line with government austerity measures, the match will be played without spectators.

All team captains attended a joint press conference before the tournament, expressing excitement about competitive play while noting the absence of fans as unfortunate.
