PSL franchises prepare for supplementary, alternate draft on January 26

LAHORE: The supplementary and alternate draft of Pakistan Super League 9 have been officially announced. Franchises participating in the PSL are gearing up to finalise their squads as they get ready to make their selections on January 26.

The drafting schedule has been set to facilitate teams in securing replacement players and making additional picks for the upcoming season.

During this draft, each team will have the opportunity to recruit replacements for players who might be unavailable for the league. Additionally, franchises will make two extra picks to complete their squads, focusing on the nineteenth and twentieth players.

Having already selected 18 players in the main draft held in December, the excitement is mounting as PSL 9 is scheduled to kick off on February 17, 2024, in Lahore.
