PTI delegation seeks Fazlur Rehman’s support for PM slot


On Thursday, a delegation from the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) visited the residence of Maulana Fazlur Rehman, the chief of the Jamiat Ulema-i-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F), to discuss the current political situation in the country.

The PTI delegation comprised Omer Ayub Khan, Asad Qaiser, Amir Dogar, and other members.

Omer Ayub Khan, representing the PTI, stated that they had come to request votes from the JUI-F for the elections of the National Assembly speaker, deputy speaker, and prime minister.

This meeting precedes the crucial elections for the positions of National Assembly speaker, deputy speaker, and prime minister.
