LAHORE: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur has assured the party leadership and administration that he will refrain from making any unnecessary remarks at the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) rally taking place in Lahore today.
According to Jang, following Gandapur’s assurance, obstacles on the roads are expected to be cleared.
He also promised to communicate the message to the workers politely and in a parliamentary manner during the rally.
A no-objection certificate (NOC) was issued by the deputy commissioner, outlining 43 conditions for the PTI rally, including restricting the rally to a time frame of 3 pm to 6 pm.
With heavy traffic and diversions expected, it remains unclear whether commuters will be able to access Ring Road after 6 pm, as significant congestion is anticipated.
