PTI nominates Omar Ayub as PM

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Thursday named its Secretary General Omar Ayub Khan as the party nominee for the post of the country’s prime minister (PM).

The announcement was made by Asad Qaisar while talking to reporters outside Adiala Jail after meeting PTI founder Imran Khan.

He said it has been decided that Omar Ayub will be PTI candidate for PM. While Aqibullah, brother of Asad Qaisar, will be PTI nominated speaker KP assembly.

He said we have told Imran Khan the entire political scenario and it has been decided to stage a nationwide peaceful protest against the election rigging.

Asad Qaisar said that they will get in touch with all political parties, which are protesting against the rigging. This is the worst election in the history of Pakistan and no one is willing to accept the results of the sham elections.
