PESHAWAR: Tensions flared as members of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) allegedly hurled a shoe and lota at Sobia Shahid, a female member of the Provincial Assembly belonging to the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).

The incident, which occurred in Peshawar, saw PTI workers reportedly targeting Shahid with projectiles and hurling derogatory slogans at her.
