PTI Rawalpindi

RAWALPINDI: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) protest in Rawalpindi has concluded, with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur announcing his return to Peshawar from Burhan Interchange.

The PTI had organised a protest at Liaquat Bagh, resulting in roadblocks across various areas of Rawalpindi, where containers were used to obstruct traffic.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Advisor Barrister Ali Khan Saif stated that it took time to clear obstacles at two locations, which prevented the Chief Minister from reaching Rawalpindi.

He also noted that the time allocated for the protest in Rawalpindi has now expired.

The convoy led by Gandapur was stuck at the interchange for hours due to road closures, as authorities had placed containers at Burhan Interchange in an effort to prevent the PTI protest.
