Punjab police reshuffles DSPs across multiple districts in major administrative overhaul

LAHORE: Punjab Police has issued a comprehensive transfer and posting order for DSPs across several districts, following approval from IG Punjab Abdul Karim. The reshuffle includes key appointments in operational, legal, and field positions.

Under the new postings, Sajjad Ali has been appointed SDPO Shakargarh, Narowal, while Nasrullah Khan Chattha will serve as SDPO Sangla Hill, Nankana Sahib. Tariq Jameel has been posted as SDPO Safdarabad, Sheikhupura, and Fakhar Zaman Khan as SDPO Barah Garh, Nankana Sahib.

In the legal and field divisions, Shahid Nawaz Wattoo has been appointed DSP Legal for Sheikhupura Region, while Sajid Mehmood Sahl takes charge as SDPO Jaranwala, Faisalabad. Mirza Yousaf Raza has been posted as SDPO City Sialkot.

In Lahore, Tariq Mehmood has been assigned as DSP Dolphin Squad, Cantt. Muhammad Hassan Akhtar and Ahmed Usman have been posted as DSP Legal in Okara and South Punjab Multan respectively, while Mudassar Kaleem has been appointed DSP Legal-III, Multan.

Hashim Mahmood has been posted as DSP Headquarters Special Branch, Gujranwala, and Sanaullah, previously on the waiting list, has been appointed DSP RIB Gujranwala.

The notification covering all transfers and postings was officially issued with the approval of IG Punjab Abdul Karim.
