Rain predicted from March 27 to 31 in KP

PESHAWAR: The Regional Meteorological Department announced on Tuesday that rainfall is expected from March 27 to 31 across most areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

A notification issued by the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) highlighted that the Regional Met Office in Peshawar has warned of a forthcoming spell of rain.

Citizens are urged to take necessary precautions to prevent any loss of life, or damage to infrastructure, crops, and livestock.

Moreover, all relevant authorities have been instructed to implement safety measures. Tourists should be informed about the weather forecast, emergency services staff and equipment should be readily available, and all concerned departments should remain vigilant in restoring road connections.
