ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted rain, wind, and thunderstorms (with snow on the mountains) for upper parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, Kashmir, and northeastern Punjab in the next 24 hours.

Isolated hailstorms may occur during this period. Fog is likely to form in the morning hours in the plains of Punjab.
