Meanwhile, the documents containing the ticket terms and conditions clearly state, “There shall be no Ticket Refund Policy until such time as it is published on https://pcb.tcs.com.pk/icctickets or otherwise made available to the Ticket Purchaser.”

This implies that tickets for the Australia vs South Africa match are non-refundable.
