Rana Sanaullah, family survive car crash

ISLAMABAD: Former interior minister and Pakistan Muslim League-N leader Rana Sanaullah and his family escaped unhurt after their car collided with a trolley loaded with sugarcane near Sheikhupura bypass on Sunday.
According to reports, Rana Sanaullah was returning from Lahore to Faisalabad when the accident occurred. The trolley driver lost control of his vehicle and rammed into Rana Sanaullah’s car, causing damage to three vehicles.
The sources said that Rana Sanaullah and his family members were safe and did not suffer any injuries.
They said that the police reached the spot and cleared the traffic jam caused by the accident.
Rana Sanaullah is a senior member of PML-N and party’s Punjab president. He served as the 39th interior minister of Pakistan from April 2022 to August 2023. He was also a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan from August 2018 to August 2023.
