SC orders

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday ordered Sindh provincial authorities to remove the barriers placed outside the Chief Minister House, Governer House and Sindh Rangers headquarters. Chief Justice of Pakistan Qazi Faez Isa in his remarks said that creating obstructs for people by blocking roads is illegal.

CJP Isa made these comments while presiding over a three-judge panel that also included Justices Jamal Khan Mandokhail and Naeem Akhtar Afghan. The panel was considering several matters at the SC Karachi Registry, including ones involving encroachment and the Nasla Tower.
