Sessions court extends Bushra Bibi’s interim bail

ISLAMABAD: A district and session court in Islamabad on Monday extended the interim bail of Bushra Bibi, former first lady and wife of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan, in the Toshakhana case until October 31.

Bushra appeared before Additional Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra’s court along with her lawyers.

Safdar said that Bushra Bibi has never skipped any hearing. “However, prosecution is not present in the court today either,” he added.

In another update, the sessions court adjourned hearing on bail pleas of PTI chairman until October 24.
