Several countries contacted Pakistan to purchase aircraft after victory in Ma’arka-e-Haq: PM

ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has said that following the great victory in Ma’arka-e-Haq, demand for Pakistani aircraft has increased worldwide and several countries have entered into talks to acquire them.
Addressing a cabinet meeting, the prime minister praised the performance of all ministers and commended them for their efforts.
He said that historic signatures had been made on a memorandum of understanding with World Liberty Financial, which would benefit the national economy.
He reiterated that since the victory in Ma’arka-e-Haq, demand for Pakistani aircraft has risen, with many countries holding discussions for their acquisition.
Shehbaz Sharif said the security forces are determined to eliminate terrorism from the country and vowed that the menace would be completely eradicated.
The prime minister said the government had decided not to reduce petroleum prices and instead allocate the funds to the “bloody highway” of Balochistan.
He said work on the N-25 highway was progressing rapidly, with Rs400 billion to be spent on the project, which would be completed within a year.
He said that following government initiatives, farmers in Balochistan are now carrying out cultivation using solar systems.
He said that seven Danish schools would be built in Balochistan during the current year, while under the Prime Minister’s Programme, 100,000 laptops are being distributed and thousands of boys and girls are being provided scholarships.
The prime minister said economic stability had returned to the country and that the government would now focus on development measures, putting Pakistan on a path of greater prosperity and progress.
