ISLAMABAD: Shaheens secured a dominant 74-run victory over Oman in their Group B match of the ACC Men’s Emerging Teams Asia Cup.
After opting to bat first, Shaheens posted a competitive total, driven by key contributions from Rohail Nazir and others. Oman’s chase fell short as Pakistan’s bowling attack sealed the comprehensive win, strengthening their position in the tournament.
A posted a competitive total of 185/5 in their 20 overs. Qasim Akram led the charge with a steady 48 off 38 balls, while captain Rohail Nazir’s explosive 41 off 20 balls and Arafat Minhas’s quickfire 31 off 15 helped Pakistan A finish strong.

Rohail Nazir’s all-round performance, including two catches and a blistering knock, earned him the Player of the Match award as Pakistan A cruised to a comfortable win.
