What is Shrinking about?

Shrinking centres on Jimmy, a widowed therapist who begins to take an unconventional approach to his work while trying to be present for his daughter, Alice. He works alongside fellow therapists Gaby and Paul, whose own lives are far from straightforward.

Season three sees Jimmy preparing for Alice to leave for college, while Paul continues to navigate life following his Parkinson’s disease diagnosis. The new season also expands on Paul’s friendship with Gerry, played by guest star Michael J. Fox.
