ISLAMABAD: A harrowing case has emerged in one of the posh sectors of the capital city, where a transgender person has allegedly been gang raped and robbed by multiple men.
According to the application filed by the victim at Shalimar police station, the incident took place on the night of April 21 (Sunday), near the Al Maroof Hospital area.
The complainant, who resides in Mehra Abadi near Sector F-11/1, stated that around 1am, a man driving a small blue-grey vehicle signalled her while she was passing by the hospital.
The man allegedly told her that a wedding celebration was underway and invited her to a small function with his friends. She agreed and got into the car, which then drove towards the G-13/14 area.
Upon arrival, the car entered a private residence where two more men were already present.
The main suspect introduced himself as Tanveer, while the other two were referred to as “Tabi” and “Shoaibi.”
As soon as the car entered the house, the transgender says the culprits started beating and sexually assaulting her inside the car.
When she tried to resist and screamed, a pistol was allegedly brandished and held to her head, and she was then taken to the roof of the house where more unknown individuals were present.

The transgender alleges she was gang raped and brutally beaten by multiple men, including the three named suspects.
She further said that her gold earrings worth approximately Rs125,000, a mobile phone (Infinix Note 30 Pro) worth Rs45,000, Rs7,000 in cash, and access to her Easypaisa account with Rs2,148 were all forcibly taken.
She said the assailants threatened to kill her if she reported the incident.
At dawn, she was blindfolded with her scarf and forcibly thrown out of the vehicle in the area between McDonald’s and G-13.
