Meanwhile, light to moderate rain is likely in parts of Sindh, including Karachi, Dadu, Jamshoro, Larkana, Jacobabad and Hyderabad, as well as nearby areas.

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, showers are forecast in Dera Ismail Khan, Waziristan, Tank, Lakki Marwat, Karak and Parachinar, with strong winds expected to accompany the rainfall in some areas.

In Balochistan, widespread rain and gusty winds are forecast in Quetta, Chaman, Pishin, Muslim Bagh, Zhob, Ziarat, Barkhan, Sibi, Kalat, Kech, Panjgur, Washuk, Kharan, Lasbela and Khuzdar. In coastal areas such as Gwadar, rain and isolated hailstorms are expected at a few locations, raising concerns for fishermen and residents in low-lying areas.

The department also said that weather conditions in Gilgit-Baltistan are likely to remain cold and partly cloudy, while rain with strong winds and thundershowers is forecast at isolated places in Azad Kashmir.

Authorities have advised citizens to take precautionary measures, particularly in areas prone to flooding or landslides, and urged travelers to stay updated with the latest weather advisories.
