US State Secretary extends Independence Day wishes to Pakistan

The Secretary of State mentioned the deep-rooted relationship between the United States and Pakistan. He conveyed the US people’s “warm wishes” to Pakistan on the day marking its independence.

Blinken said that the relationship between the United States and Pakistan was a cornerstone of their bilateral engagement for the past 77 years. He noted that the foundation of the partnership was built on “strong public relations” and “mutual interests”.
