However, the truth behind the viral photo has now been clarified. In a conversation with a private news outlet, Reema’s husband, renowned cardiologist Dr. Tariq Shahab, set the record straight. He revealed that the baby in the photo is not their child but rather the son of Reema’s cousin.

Dr. Tariq categorically dismissed the rumors surrounding the birth of a second child, labeling them as baseless and mere speculation. He further added that if they were blessed with good news in the future, they would personally announce it to the media.
