‘White Lotus’ star Alexandra Daddario splits from Andrew Form after three-year marriage

Alexandra Daddario and her husband Andrew Form have separated after more than three years of marriage.

A representative for the 39-year-old actress confirmed the split in a statement to People, saying the decision was mutual.

“Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form have made the decision to end their marriage,” the statement said. “The decision was made with love and respect. They will continue to co-parent their child together and appreciate privacy as they navigate this transition.”

Daddario and the 57-year-old film producer married in June 2022. They share a 15-month-old son together, while Daddario is also stepmother to Form’s two children, Rowan, 9, and Julian, 12, from his previous marriage to actress Jordana Brewster.

Form is known for producing the A Quiet Place films as well as The Purge franchise and several other horror projects.

The couple first went public with their relationship in May 2021, when the White Lotus actress shared a black-and-white photo of them together on Instagram. Their engagement was confirmed in December 2021 before they tied the knot in New Orleans roughly six months later.

In July 2024, Daddario announced she was expecting their first child together in an interview with Vogue, revealing she had kept the pregnancy private for six months.

At the time, the actress said she was “overjoyed” but also opened up about experiencing a previous pregnancy loss.

“It’s long and complicated, so I don’t want to be too specific,” she said. “Those kinds of losses and trauma are very hard to explain unless you’ve been through them.”

The couple welcomed their son in October 2024. In a February 2025 interview, Daddario described motherhood as “wonderful”.

“He’s just brought so much joy and peace in my life,” she said.
