Who will sit where in National Assembly?

ISLAMABAD: The National Assembly hall is ready to host the inaugural session of the newly elected members on Thursday, who have been allocated seats according to their party affilations and alliances.
Among the prominent figures who will take their seats on the government benches are former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, who will sit next to the Leader of the House, his brother Shahbaz Sharif. Former fedence minister Khawaja Asif, former president Asif Ali Zardari and PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari have also been allocated seats on government becnhes. They will be joined by other senior leaders of the ruling coalition, such as Raja Pervez Ashraf, Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Aleem Khan and Tariq Bashir Cheema.
On the opposition benches, PTI-nominated prime minister candidate Omar Ayub will sit on the pposition leader seat. Other key figures of the opposition parties, such as Asad Qaiser, Ali Muhammad Khan, Sahibzada Hamid Raza, Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Sardar Akhtar Mengal and Mahmood Khan Achakzai have been allotted seats on opposition benches.
The inaugural session will be an opportunity for the new members to take oath, elect the speaker and deputy speaker of the National Assembly, and express their views on the current issues and challenges facing the nation.
