World Cup 2023: India beat Australia by 6 wickets

CHENNAI: India on Sunday defeated Australia by six wickets in the fifth match of the ICC World Cup 2023, played in Chennai, at the Chidambaram Stadium.

Australia gave a 200-run target to India. Australia struggled to get their innings going as Indian bowlers consistently took wickets at regular intervals.

Earlier, Australian skipper, Pat Cummins, won the toss and elected to bat first.
