WEB DESK: The social media app X, formerly Twitter, started glitching across the world, early on Thursday.

The outage, reported from multiple countries simultaneously, lasted almost an hour.

While the accounts were still visible and searchable, the posts failed to load, showing a blank screen.

The reasons behind the outage are still unknown. X is yet to make a statement on the global outage.
