Eastwood stated in a statement that he will “greatly miss” Sandera. He described her as a “lovely, caring woman.” Eastwood’s representative has not disclosed the cause of her death and indicated that further details will not be provided at this time.

Christina Sandera and Clint Eastwood kept their relationship private over the past decade, rarely making public appearances together. They first gained attention in June 2014 when reports surfaced of their romantic involvement, shortly after Eastwood finalised his divorce from his second wife, Dina Ruiz. The couple had been married for 17 years.

Sandera was reportedly working as a hostess at Eastwood’s Mission Ranch Hotel and Restaurant in Carmel-by-the-Sea when the couple met.

Despite their low profile, Sandera accompanied Eastwood to notable events such as the 2015 Academy Awards (Oscars), where his film “American Sniper” received multiple nominations.

Throughout their time together, they continued to attend premieres of Eastwood-directed films including “Sully,” “The Mule,” “The 15:17 to Paris,” and “Richard Jewell.”

Eastwood is a prominent figure in Hollywood with a career spanning decades as both an actor and director. He has been married twice: model Maggie Johnson and TV news anchor Dina Ruiz. He also had long-term partnerships with other notable figures in the industry.
