TW: Diddy allegedly raped 13-year-old girl

WEB DESK: Five new lawsuits were filed against Sean Diddy Combs on Sunday, including the alleged rape of a 13-year-old girl. They are being represented by Texas attorney Tony Buzbee, who stated that he is representing over 120 clients against the hip hop mogul.

13-YEAR-OLD VICTIM

In an attempt to gain access to a Video Music Awards (VMA) afterparty, the alleged victim “approached several limousine drivers” in an effort to get into the VMAs. Eventually, she happened across Comb’s limousine driver, who is alleged to have said that she “fit was Diddy was looking for,” as Comb’s likes “younger girls.” That evening, upon returning to the driver, she was taken to the party, where she was subsequently asked to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

The lawsuit alleges that the victim witnessed “widespread drug use” before accepting a drink. After having the drink, she began to feel “woozy and lightheaded” leading her to look for a place to rest. She entered an empty bedroom, and was soon followed by Comb’s along with two other celebrities. She was then allegedly raped by Celebrity A, a man, while Combs and Celebrity B, a woman, watched. Comb’s then proceeded to rape the 13-year-old girl, while the two celebrities watched.

ASSAULTS IN 2022

Another alleged victim, a male personal trainer, is claiming to have been sexually assaulted at a party at Comb’s Holmby Hills mansion. The lawsuit alleges that he was made to sign a non-disclosure agreement, before receiving a drink that made him feel “disoriented, dizzy, and weak.”

The man allegedly entered a room where people were engaged in group-sex. The lawsuit claims that Comb’s then approached him, removed his pants, and began performing non-consensual oral sex. Diddy then allegedly coerced the man into performing oral sex on another celebrity.

Another man is alleging that Comb’s sexually assaulted him in 2022, after being brought back to Diddy’s office, following a promotional event for Ciroc. An intoxicated Diddy allegedly exposed himself before groping the man’s genitals. The assault stopped when an unnamed professional athlete intervened.

A 29-year old singer is claiming to have been sexually assaulted at a New York City party hosted by Combs. The lawsuit alleges that Comb’s approached her, before offering her an opportunity to feature on one of the musician’s songs.

After consuming a drink, she began to feel disoriented, and Comb’s allegedly raped her. The lawsuit stated that the singer couldn’t stop him as “she was trapped inside her body not participating but not able to resist.”

ASSAULT IN 2014

A woman is alleging that she was raped by Combs after meeting the musician at a Las Vegas afterparty in 2014. She consumed a drink given by Combs and remembers waking up the next morning feeling sore.

The lawsuit states that upon waking up, “her entire body hurt,” and that she saw Combs “shirtless and yelling loudly” over the phone. It was then that she claims she realised that Diddy had raped her.
