In a candid post on her Instagram page, Baig detailed the health scare she experienced amid a demanding schedule that left her with little time to rest.

The singer was reportedly in Saudi Arabia at the time, where she had just performed Umrah and taken part in several events.

Sharing her ordeal, Baig explained that she began experiencing severe chest pain and was rushed to the hospital, where doctors informed her she had suffered a mild heart attack. Along with her message, she posted a photo from her hospital bed, showing ECG points attached to her body.

In her post, Aima Baig attributed the heart attack to several factors, including mental stress, lack of sleep, and general restlessness. She also highlighted the impact of excessive travel, insomnia, and constant fatigue on her health.

“I am now focusing on my recovery, opting for complete rest and taking all necessary precautions,” she assured her followers.
