TEXAS: Mitchel Musso, renowned for his role as Oliver Oken in Disney’s popular show “Hannah Montana,” found himself in legal trouble over the weekend. The actor was apprehended on Saturday evening in response to a phone call received by officers in Rockwall, Texas.
Allegedly, Musso was accused by individuals of pilfering items from a local food market while displaying unruly behavior, prompting law enforcement to take action.
TMZ reports that Musso is said to have taken a potato snack without paying for it and reacted abusively when asked to settle the bill by store staff. Subsequently, Musso was taken into custody outside a hotel by responding police officers. During the arrest, it was discovered that Musso was under the influence of a substance. Moreover, there were several unresolved traffic warrants in his name.
The authorities have formally charged Musso with multiple offenses, including public intoxication, theft (under $100), expired vehicle registration, failure to display a driver’s license, and violating a promise to appear notice.
Following the arrest, Musso was granted temporary release on a bond of $1,000.
