Meteorological analysts have observed a notable increase in temperature, particularly in the plains of Sindh, spanning from today (Sunday) through Wednesday.

Projections suggest temperatures soaring to 35 to 37 degrees Celsius across various parts of Karachi, exacerbating the heatwave gripping the city.

Initial measurements recorded a minimum temperature of 18.5 degrees Celsius in Karachi, coupled with a humidity level of 38 per cent. Light winds blowing from the east at a speed of 6 km per hour offer little respite from the oppressive heat.
