The weather department, on the other hand, reported apparent changes in weather with light cold winds, and hot rays of the sun. Whereas, the current temperature of the city is recorded at 17 degrees Celsius with a 70 percent humidity ratio.

Maximum temperature is likely to go up to 25 degrees, the department forecasts.

Meanwhile, Karachi became the seventh most polluted city in the world on Sunday as eastern winds bring the air quality to an unhygienic level. The AQI in Karachi was recorded at 163.

Earlier, health experts described Karachi’s air quality as “very unhealthy” and advised citizens to restrict their outdoor activities especially during peak pollution hours.
