Louis Tomlinson brings TV to Glastonbury music festival


PILTON: Former One Direction star Louis Tomlinson confused many an onlooker at the Glastonbury 2024 as the British singer brought a television to … a music festival in the village of Pilton.

The former One Direction member attracted attention when festival goers spotted him with a TV. The reason? Why, it turns out our Louis is a huge football fan.

Tomlinson really, really needed a play-by-play of the entire England vs Slovakia match during the Euro 2024 tournament.

As per reports, Louis Tomlinson brought a full-sized television to the festival. Festival-goers were intrigued by Tomlinson’s television setup amidst the festival’s usual activities.

Many music lovers gathered around the TV in a field at Glastonbury. Who says music and football do not mix, eh?

The photographs were immediately shared on social media platform X (formerly Twitter). Fans quickly identified Louis Tomlinson as the mastermind behind the setup.

Several local news outlets later confirmed that Louis Tomlinson brought a huge television, generator, and other necessary items to ensure a working TV for the game.

Tomlinson even mentioned to a news outlet how “it’s the second screen I’ve bought. The first one cracked.”

Despite challenges in securing a stable signal, Tomlinson and fellow festival-goers were able to cheer on England to victory against Slovakia.

Louis had cause for celebration as England defeated Slovakia 2-1 in the Round of 16 of the Euro 2024 tournament.
